Terms of Use

Movent is a platform offering event discovery, attendance and optional social interaction features. The Service is currently in alpha (early access); features may change and interruptions may occur.

You are obliged to provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for the security of your account, including your password. If you are under 18, you must use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for the content you share (photos, videos, messages). Insults, harassment, hate speech, misleading information, content infringing the intellectual property of others, and spam are prohibited. Content and accounts breaching the rules may be removed or suspended without prior notice. You can report content and accounts you believe breach the rules through the reporting options in the app or at the contact address below; reports are reviewed within a reasonable period.

Events listed on the platform are the responsibility of their organisers; Movent gives no guarantee as to whether an event takes place, or as to its content or quality. Ticket purchasing is not yet offered through the web; attendance and ticket flows are carried out through the application and are subject to the organiser's conditions. When ticket sales open, payments will be collected through a licensed payment institution, your card details will not be stored by Movent, and refund and cancellation conditions will be presented separately before purchase.

The core features of the Service are free; extended features may be offered through a paid premium membership. Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed from your store account; they renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period. Cancellation can be done at any time from your store's subscription settings; current prices and any trial period are shown on the purchase screen.

The Movent name, logo and all design and software elements of the Service belong to Movent and may not be copied without permission. You retain ownership of the content you share; you grant Movent the limited right of use required to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by legislation, Movent cannot be held liable for indirect damages, including interruptions during the alpha stage, data loss, or problems arising from third-party services (for example infrastructure providers).

Movent may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. In the event of a breach of the terms, your account may be suspended or terminated. You may close your account at any time.
