KVKK Disclosure Notice

Identity and contact: Name and surname, email, phone number, profile photo; and, when signing in with Google or Apple, the basic identity information provided by those providers.

Organiser information: The name, surname and Turkish identity number of the authorised person, tax number and tax office, bank account (IBAN) details, invoice address, and verification documents.

Payment information: Once ticket purchasing opens: name and surname, Turkish identity number and invoice details (passed to the licensed payment institution handling collection; card details are not collected by Movent). Premium membership subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Content and usage: The events you create, photo and video shares, comments, messages; attendance, ticket and check-in records; interests.

Location: Only if you grant permission.

Technical: Device and version information, IP address, crash logs, usage statistics.

Creating and managing the account; carrying out event discovery, attendance and ticketing operations; providing community features; managing premium membership and subscriptions; giving organisers attendance information and aggregate statistics; content safety and moderation; improving the service; sending promotional messages if you consent; and fulfilling legal obligations.

Your data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract (membership, ticketing, subscription), compliance with legal obligations (tax legislation, e-commerce legislation), legitimate interest (security, service improvement) and, where required, explicit consent (location, commercial electronic messages, analytics).

Your data may be transferred to Google Firebase for hosting and technical infrastructure, to Google Maps for map services, to Google's text analysis service for comment assessment, to OpenAI for assistant features, to the licensed payment institution for collection; to the relevant organiser within the scope of managing an event you attend; and to competent authorities where legally required. Some of the listed infrastructure providers are located abroad; these transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions in article 9 of the KVKK.

Your data is collected electronically, through forms on the application and website, in-app interactions, and automatic technical records.

You have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request its correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to claim compensation for damages. You can send your requests to info@moventapp.com; applications are answered within the periods set out in legislation.

The legal entity name and address of the data controller will be updated in this text once the company details are finalised.

Candidate data: Through the application form at moventapp.com/kariyer we process your name, phone number, email address where given, your CV file and your answers to role-specific questions. This data is processed solely for carrying out recruitment.

Legal basis: Assessing your application falls within the preparatory stage before an employment contract is formed. Keeping your CV for future openings is a separate purpose and is done only with your explicit consent; the consent box on the application form is unticked by default and you can apply without ticking it.

Retention period: If you consented to being kept in mind for future openings, your CV is kept for 1 year from the date of application and deleted at the end of that period. If you did not consent, your CV is deleted when the role you applied for closes. You may withdraw your consent at any time and ask for your data to be deleted.

Transfer and access: CV files are stored on Google Firebase infrastructure and are accessible only to authorised Movent staff. They are not transferred to third parties.

What we do not ask for: The application form does not request special categories of personal data such as health information, religion, association or foundation membership, trade union membership, criminal convictions or biometric data. If you include such information in your CV yourself, it is left out of the assessment.
